Dr. Kaiser is extremely thorough, very respectful, and communicates clearly. She patiently worked with me, taking my priorities into account, to find the best treatment option for me. Dr. Kaiser provides excellent care. Also, the practice can provide many tests (x-rays, blood draw) on site, thereby obtaining results quickly or immediately and therefore speeding the care process.

Dr. Navin Singh did my rhinoplasty....twice. He made mistakes the first time and then wanted to fix it. He charged me for the anesthesiologists fee and the surgery centers fee, even though he had messed up the first procedure. Well the second time around was not any better. My nose bad, worse than it did before he touched it. I saw how little he cared when I asked for a refund of my money....

I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction performed by Dr. Schoenfeld in 2014. The turbinate reduction ended up being unnecessary. It lead to Empty Nose Syndrome, which is irreversible and currently untreatable.

There is no concern or real care for patient support and treatment. Over-testing, over-billing and a lack of consideration for the patients needs and concerns. Many specialists who understand there must be patient-doctor dialogue and that being dismissive and condescending to a patient is not the way to establish a trusting relationship. M. Melody Abraham, MD Dr. Abraham completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit in 1994 where she was Chief Resident. She received her M.D. in 1990 and undergraduate degree in 1986 at Wayne State University. Dr. Abraham is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
