*-It's been a lot of shooting going on in this apartment complex. 1 person died & 2 people have just been injured in the shooting. . A little baby was in her room sleeping when a bullet almost hit her. A couple of weeks earlier there was another shooting. . If you do not want to die then don't move here!!! It's not safe at all!!!

This is worst place I have ever lived in during my entire adulthood. Rats the size of cats; roaches so bad you can barely eat dinner in peace without covering your plate every 2 minutes. Police constantly here for countless issues; dumpsters overflowing everyday; the management office is staffed with liars and hustlers; maintenance staff are a joke...I've only lived here four months; they couldn't PAY ME to renew the lease. I don't reside in Highland Forest, but I sent an email requesting Information about the residence, I was very impressed by how quickly and professional my request was replied to, also I called and spoke with one of the office staff, very curtious, funny, patient and pleasant. This in my opion is very good.
