I love this store!!! I've purchase a bike, helmet etc and ALWAYS have a great experience. I've been back several times for assistance and am met with friendly helpful people...and I don't ever have to wait. I highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service. They do not take the time to ask questions as to what you need. Had to return several times due to negligence. Never again

I went to Highgear to buy some cycling shoes, not knowing anything about the shoes. It was my first time buying any cycling gear and the staff was very helpful and patient with me. When I'm ready to buy a new bike, I'll be going back there…

We have purchased several bikes from this store mainly due to the help we have received from the staff there. They are always willing to answer questions and let us test drive them to make sure our purchases are what we want.
