An outside refill is when you come to HighBrow Lash Bar from another studio or salon - we always include a consultation and assessment of the lash condition. The service fee is higher because we must block off more time to ensure we are able to examine the lash work, cleanup and re-lash as needed.In some cases a removal is required before we can re-lash. When a removal is required, we must wait 24 hours to re-lash or the adhesive will not set properly. In this case the service fee is for a new set of lashes and the removal fee is waived if the lashing is done with us at HighBrow Lash Bar.Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk.
