Deep discounts are part of the draw to this furniture store. Expect more than 150 well-known brands and some pieces offered at below manufacturer direct prices. The Discount Furniture Warehouse & Furniture Value & Clearance Center, at 2035 Brentwood St., is only one exit from the main store.

As the other person noted, they are very friendly during the sales process, but the service aspect is sorely lacking. Phone calls and e-mails not returned and it was a big hassle to get our problem fixed - which they did very begrudgingly. As Clark Howard would say, this is a prime example of Customer No-Service.

Considering how much competition they have in the immediate area, it would be in their best interest to stand behind their products.

Friendly upon purchase, but poor customer follow up. Calls not returned. Furniture nicked when put together incorrectly and is stated as something customer must take on responsibility for. Very poor.
