So many options! I would recommend slices of any of their sweet cream pies. They have rotating flavors depending on the season/day. The pie fillings are their forte so look for their seasonal flavors. Service can be a bit slow but you can sit back and relax in their open space with cute vintage decor pieces. They also serve coffee and pints of Bluebird ice cream.

Being from the south and having had my share of pecan pies... I decided to give High 5 Pies a try after seeing them on Unique Eats...

Not sure what they do to make their pecan pie, but the one I got was hard as nails... Hard to cut and hard to chew... I hope this is not their standard, if so I'm not coming back... It's like it had been sitting out for a month...

My wonder brother in law was kind enough to drive me all the way into the city to visit you all. I have to say that being from the south where we pride ourselves on making pies I never thought I would buy one that was as good as what I make but I was wrong. Loved the store, pie and got the best cup of coffee!!!! Thanks for being as good in person as you were on TV!!!

While no longer the baking world's hottest craze, the concept of a pie shop is not going away. And that is a good thing because I think it makes perfect sense to have a desserts place that stays open well into the evening like High 5 Pie does. Especially since it is located on Capitol Hill's 12th Ave where many of the top restaurants and bars in Seattle are located nearby.

For all things pie look no further than High 5 Pie. Here you can try their savory and sweet pies. The pie flavors change daily, in the past flavors have been Carmel Pecan, Peanut Butter & Chocolate, and Aussie Beef. If you just want a small taste, try a mini-pie bite. If you don't have time to have a pie, take home a frozen pie that you can bake at home. There are also gluten free options.
