I could not be happier with the service we got, as well as excellent customer service from the office. This company was very helpful and honest, Katy is very lucky to have them in town. If you ever need any repairs - call them!!!

Beware these people, I had our TV fixed by them emailed me saying my TV was done 2 weeks later and to come get. When we came to pick it up they lost the power cord, and told us "we never gave them one and they had notes on the tickets about it". So I went to the store buy a new.

do NOT use the people. I called to try to get our Samsung TV repaired and they are the only Samsung repair place in my area. They came out and took pictures and left. Samsung contacted us and let us know that the part was not under warranty, which was fine. I called Hi Def to see what the cost of the repair would be without the warranty through Samsung, they transferred me to two different...

Beware these people tried to scam us. They have been in business less than 4 years. The repairman seem pretty honest but the office worker who set the appointment was crooked and lie to us. These people work for Samsung doing their repair work for them if they keep getting complaints they will lose their lucrative contract with Samsung and there are plenty of other repair shops out there just...
