It is extremely difficult to get through to the office. They dont return calls. Dr. Kapila was a no show for my appt. and not only did his office not notify me, they didnt return my calls to reschedule. I was told by some nurses who work for other doctors in the building that this occurs frequently. Serious lack of professionalism.

Their office required a referral my insurance does not. My doctor sent 3 referrals and yet they only got the one that is not marked urgent. Finally go to schedule me (First referral 2/24) on May 31st - 3 months after reaching out to them. Only to find our my Dr. had put the Fort Worth address so they would not schedule my appointment in Arlington unless my doctor filled out a 4th referral!!
