Reasonable prices, but drop the ball sometimes

If clothes are lost, can take days or even weeks to find!

Manager is never available and will not call you back when requested. He's always in the field, and I believe he drives a pickup and delivery van!

Quality control sometimes slips and work, such as spot removal, does not happen.
