I honestly don't want to give them one star. Horrible customer service. Say they are going to call and never do. They you got to call over and over and over to get them to pick up. If you say you are going to call or have something done by the end of the day or the next morning, then do it or at least have the common courtesy to call and say it's not finished like you expected. I gave Hi-Tech Electronic of Winder Georgia an amplifier to repair, which they said they could repair, the first week of August 2014. After 2 weeks I called for an update. They said they'd have it for me in 7 days. Well, it wasn't ready in 7 days. After many apologies, and three more (failed) promise dates over the next 6 months (Aug to Dec 2014), I had enough. Hi Tech came to my house checked out my TV told me what was wrong. The price came down because he put a used board in my TV. Very happy with the service. They won me over will go back when need to. Like the new shop you moved to.
