I am sorry your car was delayed we work with the insurance companies and strive to have customers back in their cars as quickly as possible there are many many reasons why cars take longer. I also apologize for the fact your car got scrached we fixed it and did not try to hide the fact that it happened we are human. Went into hightech collision- carstar off of Pacific Ave in Spanaway, WA. Wow this guy was so rude.. Would not listen to what repairs I needed. Continued to tell me what he wanted to do to my vehicle. I would high recommend going elsewhere for your repairs. Contacted my insurance company and they are considering dropping Carstar-hightech collision due to the continual problems.
