Great Service and beyond!

Spoke to Roland over at HiTech on a Carver amp they fixed for me 5 years ago that I was having issues with, Roland spent the time on the phone focusing on how to help me only. Excellent. Found a fix for my situation. I highly recommend these folks for all your audio needs.

Had a Carver CT-7 serviced and the sound quality greatly improved. Thought I had a problem with the preamp and talked with Roland via phone. He suggested a solution and that fixed my problem. The repair was kind of costly but repairing a Carver product is well worth it. I'm very satisfied. Thanks, Roland.
