The BIG problem with hhgregg is that they do not provide any assistance with malfunctioning products they sell after the first 10 days. We bought an HP PC and the sound board was not working properly. We took it back within the first 30 days and they told us we would have to deal directly with HP. They provide no support whatsoever. Bought a fridge (great deal!) and great experience in the store, perfectly on time delivery and Rodney and Shawn moved mountains to get the fridge in the kitchen, never giving up, and friendly throughout. Wonderful experience.
