One of the worst stores for customer service if you want a delivery. The staff and management are apparently not able to deal with customers who do not live in the area full time. The delivery was scheduled and they asked for a partial payment. The day of delivery they said could not deliver because only a partial payment was received. In the store they never mentioned that a full payment...

The max for the min....hmmmm....I really just don't like it except that it is cheap and has lots of crazy food items like weird hot sauces. I for the most part avoid chains and often groan...

HH Gregg offers the best customer service in Asheville. I had a nightmare experience with Ballard's Appliances, and after finally getting my money back I chose HHGregg. Ballard's had me waiting months for a refrigerator when HHGregg had what I wanted, and delivered it within 24 hours. My sales person there was knowledgeable, helpful, and offered me great service. I highly recommend HHGregg.
