Veteran hotelier Patrick Halcewicz supervises one of the most delightful French restaurants in North County, and we appreciate that the menu encompasses French classics such as boeuf bourguignon and coq au vin, as well as updated dishes that reflect the possibilities of the moment and the whim of the chef. Food was good, but not great. Small portions for the money. Scallops were cooked well but had quite a bit of sand which kind of ruined them, though maybe that's not the restaurant's fault. Service was spotty (had to ask for water refills, etc).

Had high hopes for this restaurant when I made the reservation. The service was horrible. We ordered two glasses of wine and the were done when the main course arrived. We were not asked if we wanted any more glasses of wine. After we finished our entree we sat for a good 20 minutes until our waiter came back to our table. I had read the prior reviews and based on that I selected this restaurant for my mother my husband and myself to enjoy a quiet dinner on Sunday afternoon the waiter was rude the service was horrible the patio room in the back was so hot there's no way you could possibly sick that there so we chose to sit in the restaurant which was tolerable the only redeeming factor of our dinner was that the...

I did not care for this restaurant. I thought the salmon was not fresh and the crepes were not light and fluffy like I remembered from Provance. It's not a place I would return.
