I love Heuss Printing. The first time I used them, I ordered 200 brochures from them because they were the lowest price in ames. They had the brochures printed and delivered to my desk an hour after I ordered. Since then, I've used them for all of my work orders as well and I have always been blown away by the level of service I receive.

While the front desk staff is very friendly, they are very slow in getting out a mass mailing (2-3 weeks for printing). Also, they mistakenly printed labels that mismatched names and addresses. While mistakes happen, they only gave in-store credit for the portion of printing for the incorrect labels instead of the entire (embarrassing) mailing. This doesn't make up for all of our customers receiving a mailing to a wrong name at their address. I would recommend going to Alpha Copies instead-they always have our mailings out in a couple days and are much more helpful.
