When you first see Dr. Hetzel, he looks like he just rolled out of bed. Hair is a curly mess and beard is unshaven and not trimmed at all. He can be awkward and may not explain everything in plain language. However, he is an amazing surgeon. after waiting to speak with him in his office for over an hour, he entered being cordial but his demeanor was quick, short, and demeaning. he did not review history or listen to my concerns and insisted that i have a physical exam after nothing was found on an extensive ultrasound. i will never go to this fat, sloppy, unprofessional, egotistical ahole again nor will i recommend him. maybe one...
