Useless! What's the point of providing pick up and drop if there is no one to drop you! Only 1 person working! They did not have an iPass and it was a huge inconvenience! Will not rent from this location again! Go enterprise!

If you ever have to rent a car in and around Schaumburg you have to go to this location. Herb Porter and his manager Josh are awesome. We rented two cars from them when we moved here and they made the process super easy. They were very helpful when we had questions and whenever We needed support.

The worst possible place to rent a car. Only one person working at the time, waited much longer then I have ever waited to rent a car. So disappointed in their sale rep who mislead me into believing that the gas would be pro-rated once returned. Save your time and money and rent any were else.
