The employees are trying there best but this place is under staffed to say the least 1hr to get the key and car UNDERSTAFFED the guy that picked me up from the body shop was nice and the agent behind the counter was nice too he needs to speak up a bit I couldnt understand him or hear him clearly all in all hire more people a bit disappointing
