Firstly Yelp, you need to start including zero star category so it can be applied to places like this Hertz location. Wow I should've probably followed the other yelpers reviews and stayed away...

Improve your ability to respond to surges in numbers coming to collect cars, you need to be more flexible in this regard. The Neverlast system is nowhere near as reliable as what National and Avis have. This is the second car in two months that I experienced this problem
