Worst customer service ever

The customer service was awful both when picking up and dropping off the vehicle.

I had originally rented the car in my name (online) with a frequent flyer discount (frequent flyers on any airline get a 20% discount.) Upon arrival, I realized that I had only brought a debit card with me and so we decided to put the rental in my friend's name. However, instead of transferring the discount, they told us that we had to prove that she too was also a member of a frequent flyer program upon return to get the discount. These sort of gimmicks just kill me especially since I was not even asked...
