Worst car rental experiences anyone can ask for! The staff there was unprofessional, racist, and rude. Never waste your time there and should go find another hertz rental location.

If there were a way to give a -0 stars for the level of service at this location, I most certainly would...TWICE. Allison (with 2 "ls" as she ignorantly informed me) is a PISS poor representation...

Horrible customer service for all the Hertz rental locations around the metro. Needed to exchange a car for a low tire. Had my child with me. Had to add air in it every day because no cars available. No offers to accommodate. Rude on the phone. Bad all the way around. Would not refer this company to anyone.

Check with Discover to see if you were actually charged for this.  If you were, then put it into contest.  If you weren't charged, then there's no problem.
