Just leased my first Hyundai from Hertrich of New Castle. I had an excellent experience which I attribute to Lorenzo. He is a very pleasant and experienced salesman. In fact all the employees I interacted with were awesome. (Shout out to Randy) I would and will recommend Lorenzo and Hertrich.
I previously purchased a car from here and had some issues. I want to Thank Eddie and Lorenzo for going above and beyond to help me with my issue. I walked in with a 2010 and walked out with a 2015. Thanks for pulling an allnighter to get me straight. Thanks to all the staff at Hertrich!
I am buying cars from Hertrich Hyundai sine 2010. Every time I come for service they're so pleasant do deal with. I just came Saturday and saw the new service lounge. What a change. I love it. Keep up the good work. I am definitely going to stay with Hertrich Hyudai for a long time.
I scheduled an appt for oil change. Went on time to be told it would be more than 2 1/2 hours. Why make appts? Walked in to techs having casual conversation filled with profanity. Not happy. Left with no service completed.
