\"NOT\" a warm country inn

My partner and I have been to La Conner several times and stayed at other places. From the outside, and from their website, the Heron seems like a great place...that's misleading. None of the "add-ons" they offer on the website exist...they need to update the site. The rooms are small...even the suites. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms. The place smells moldy...probably from the "spa"....
