There are better rehab facilities in town. This particular one has a culture that is not customer friendly. Social worker was unprofessional I felt talked down to when asking questions about the care that could be provided. Nursing staff would openly show that they were annoyed by requests. When I asked therapist to call me to discuss questions they would never call back. Bad experience...

However, I have since learned that their level of care and concern stops when someone passes away and they're no longer earning an income from that individual.
