Very disappointed on all levels with neutering surgery results. Previous care excellent. Billing - told price dependent on weight of dog and over 50 pounds more expensive. My dog weighed 37 pounds; invoiced for dog over 50 pounds. Selected more expensive cone only to be told it was too small and he needed the plastic cone; charged for second cone also.
