A treasure trove of 40,000 used books and 500+ new boardgames and card games.

At Here Be Books & Games you'll find Books in all categories: Sci Fi & Fantasy, Mysteries & Intrigue, Westerns, History, Nonfiction, Romance, General Fiction, Young Adult, Children's, Classics, Antiquarian, Parapsychology and more.

Three bookcases are dedicated to Board Games and Card Games, with more games tucked in among the books. Games run the gamut from casual games to strategy games, plus games for kids and families, dice, playing cards and tarot cards. A special bookcase hosts used and out-of-print RPGs (roleplaying games) and gaming modules.

Our demo game library allows you to try before you buy. We'll even teach you how to play!

Game Night is the first Saturday of every month, but feel free to stop by the store any time. Help is only a question away. We're happy to make recommendations, demo games and otherwise assist you in finding the books & games you're looking for.

The owners are the staff. Very friendly. Very helpful. Just like old friends! The store is very well stocked with books and games. Game nights are very popular and well attended. A good resource if you want to learn how to play a game too.

The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I went to check out their board games and were delightfully surprised by their selection. He played a new one with us to show us how it works and we had a great time. We went back the next day to play games with others who showed up for national board game day.

Great selection of games I love and games I'd love to try! Friendly staff. I didn't see Boss Monster or Killer Bunnies (some of my favorites), but they had a ton of Catan and Munchkin (my other favorites) sets. I will definitely be giving them more of my business. :)

We love Here Be Books! Being new to board games, we love how Tim and Tina take the time to play them with us and answer any questions we have. Their board game night has allowed us to make some great friends within the casual gaming community.
