I'm still eating at Herb's, the perfect Saturday lunch! There are not a lot of great hot dog places, and even fewer hot dog/soup combinations. Herb's is IT.

Great for locals but not something interesting for tourists or outsiders. Nice servers, but the dogs are sometimes too salty or burnt.
