(Palmer grad and practicing chiropractor) I too experienced poor customer service - similar to Cindy (below) but just recently decided to give it another chance. Now it is worse than it was a year ago since I was there last. The level of service, products, and knowledge are lacking to put it mildly; and it seems the place is now trying to define itself as more of an old country thrift store....

I was concerned when I read the review from cindyl. I have only had positive experiences at the Herb Cellar. Everyone has always been helpful and courteous. Now that new partners have joined Rita, the level of knowledge and services are better than ever.

i live in the east village and a palmer student. i went to the herb cellar to get some oils and vitatims. the experience was horrible! i could tell the person working there was high on meth or something. she kept telling me to pay with cash, so i did, and when she gave me change it wasnt correct and she started arguing with me about it. i really feel like she tried to rob me. i wont ever go...
