There was no hard sale. Don took our rig out for a test drive (we rode along) and then recommended to us what he would have done. All information and pricing was up front with nothing hidden. We were able to stay with our rig the entire time the work was being done. And since the work took several days to complete we were able to plug into their power and stayed overnight on site.

The knowledge and experience at Hendersons was impressive. They assessed my vehicle and made recommendations. The decision as to what modifications were to be done and what was to be postponed were entirely up to me as there were no immediate safety issues.
