My husband accidently ordered flowers from this place, and it was AWFUL...the basic arrangement died about 4 days after I received it...and yes I watered it. I've always ordered flowers from another local florist and will continue to do so...and my husband has been better educated too.

Tried this place once when I moved to town, and the customer service stinks...very unfriendly. Went to the Marion Flower Shop and they were amazing.

Just ok...I ordered items from here for a funeral , and the arrangements were kinda plain. I probably won't go here again. When I went to the calling hours, I noticed that the majority of the flower arrangements were from Marion Flower Shop, and they were pretty outstanding...I wish I would have picked them instead. Live and learn I guess. The items I got weren't "bad", they just weren't...

I've been a Marion Flower Shop customer for years, but ordering once from Hemerly's Flowers and Gifts chanced my mind for life, the best service, the best designs and the longest lasting flower I ever sent, I was amazed how long the flowers lasted, i never had flower last that long, what a value, don't go anywhere else but Hemmerly's, THE BEST!!!!!
