If I could put stars I would. I had a ball gown with lots of detail and bead work. I needed to have it taken down from a 16, to approximatly a 6. I had called everyone in Sierra Vista and even David's Bridal where I had unfortunatly?

this person came in without an apoitment, she further came in with others, she wasnt the bride and wanted service, she latter called to complain and hung u\p on me after complainning about my wife, yes we had the sign and the attitude of many is that demanding, abusive customers just like the show gets you somewhere, not here besides that sign we also had a sign that says the customer is not...

I had my dream dress but it was too big. Joyce took it and literally worked a miracle and in less than two weeks. It is perfect and I am extremely pleased. The customer service is friendly and helpful. Thank you so much :)

If I could give more stars I definately would. This is the BEST place ever for alterations! We needed a rush job and they were VERY accomidating. Super nice people and Joyce knows her stuff! She also makes beautiful elegant dress's. Even though I live on the total opposite side of town the next time I need anything done I'm going to Hem & Her!!
