The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I have EVER come across. I was looking for a Homeowners policy; I called this office and asked if they were open on Saturday, the woman who answered the phone stated they were, until 1230. When I arrived on Saturday I was THEN told that they were only open for limited services (basically just payments), something that should have been mentioned when I called. I then asked what I needed to bring with me to purchase a policy, between the two women at the front desk, they couldn't figure it out. Great office hours

This review is to apologize for the error made by city search website. They were miss informed of our office hours by some unknown person. Our Fairhaven office hours 9:00-5:00 Mon -Wed Thurs 9:00 - 7:00 Friday 9:00 to 4:30 and Sat 9:30 to 12:00. Again I apologize for the misinformation and encourage you to call our office for a quote or any questions you my have.

Awesome insurance company

This place is awesome. The staff is willing to go out of their way to help you. I can see why this place is called Help-U-Insure. I have a hard time getting insured but they were able to work out a policy for me and make it an affordable rate.

I have never had a problem with this insurance company. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They recently just switched us over from Met Life to Commerce insurance and i like this plan much better also!
