Superb service. Highly recommend to everyone. On time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to be sure I was completely satisfied. Knew all about the bugs and how to fix them with Windows 8, plus experts in Outlook. I have used HelloTech twice now and both technicians were excellent. My 'go to" IT team from now on. Blew Geek Squad out of the water.
