Dr. Heersink is a highly skilled and knowledgeable eye doctor who inspires confidence. I highly recommend him for any eye ailment or eye surgery. He has treated me and my family for years. The best in the Newburyport area!

We have seen this doctor almost every year since 201. Each time we arrive for our appointment we are asked to wait for up to an hour. Recently we waiting 90 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The staff become defensive and rude if you complain about the wait times. Rarely do they apologize and NEVER have the called to let us know that they are running late. A: No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Q: Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
A: Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Q: Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
A: No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
