A terrible experience! My husband had a 10:00AM appt for our 5 month old yorkie. He dropped her off at 9:45 and was told it would be about 2 hours as they had 1 dog ahead of her. They called him at 11:45 to say she had just had just had her shampoo and how did he want her cut. They said they would call @ 15 min before she needed to be picked up. they have lots of used and some new stuff for pets. You can pick up crates and beds, collars and leashes. The people even let me bring my dog into the store to try on a harness.
