I'm not quite sure where to begin here. Under Bozzuto, the staff was amazing but there were some resident issues (i.e., not cleaning up after pets) that were getting out of hand. It feels like a cross between a prison and a college dorm! They actually suggest tenants "check in guest" I almost thought I was back on campus and living in the dorm!

This review is based on the fact that the Hecht Warehouse is now under the management of Ketter Management instead of Bozzuto. While the quality of life has been going down steadily since before the Management change, the apartment complex now has a different feel and vibe. Gone is …
