Heavenly Floral has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ON 7/29/2013 I ordered floral arrangemet to include lily's and roses and paid $65.00. When my order was taken the customer service rep said that they would take care of it. However, when i received the flowers the arrangement did not include ANY lily's or ANY roses. When I called back to let them know of the mistake the manager informed me that no mistake had been made and that ""they would never make an arrangement with lily's and roses for that amount of money"". I replied ""you were not even able to include ONE lily and/or ONE...

received flowers for valentines day, sent through telephone order. arrangement was a mess, and all the roses were brown around edges at delivery. Florist would not take or return calls,including calls placed...

They may be on time and yes their roses last along time but what was ordered did not arrive and they never came to pick up the wrong order and deliver the correct one!!
