Hey - want to EFF up your car? Visit Brian at Heartland Goodyear... he'll make a mess, overcharge you for it, and pile all the remaining parts in your trunk and park your undriveable car in the mud unlocked! We took pictures. Labor here costs over $100 an hour, and we were NOT quoted for a major repair (which Brian said was absolutely necessary to make our car run... the manager told us later that they could have done a one of two step fix instead of the "mandatory" two step fix that Brian led us to believe). Parts and labor at Heartland for secondary repair were quoted as $1,400, and when we called around, we found a reputable mechanic who could do the same parts and labor for $700!!! That was a surprise quote on top of the already $2,500 in repairs they were working on. But they couldn't tell us about that secondary repair until they had racked up $1,300 in labor costs (13 hours... suspicious because they hadn't had it that many business hours). The manager seemed to want to help us after we complained about brainless Brian but after we paid and came back to discover our car in this condition, that was the last straw!! This place is nothing but SHADY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... seriously, because they charge ALL COSTS!
Did all work I requested at the last minute and in a reasonable time.

I went in to have a headlight replaced and that is exactly what they did and it was done in an acceptable time frame.
I knew my car needed work. They did a great job and gave me the oil change discount and the sliding scale discount for the other work.
