This place is understaffed that is overworked and the patients suffer. At least you will not smell the place before you arrive to your loved ones room but it needs a lot of work. After 3 days of requesting to talk with dr Parker, as we could see Mom was having problems, staff did not know when he would be in, he never called me and was told by nurse they did not have his contact info. Do NOT place your loved one in this facitlity. Staff does not respond to call lights. Patient left on toilet while aid went to lunch. Air conditioning did not work for 2 days during hottest...

My mom spent 10 hellish days here. Nurses are mean and apparently over worked because call times are +30 mins. Loud at night. Nurses got doctors orders wrong twice. Mom asked for better mattress...

This place had HORRIBLE care. The social worker Lorna and the aid Natalie were the only people that did their job there. The PTs forced and were rough with my loved one and told her she was not nice (she has dementia the PTs need to have some compassion and patience)
They left her sit in her wheelchair and or bed all day.
