Looks are always deceiving when it comes to things that are to good to be true! The Hearthstone looks nice and one would think that when they left their loved one that they would be taken care of and watched 24 hours a day like they say the staff does.. how about men coming in and having sex with residents there who are unable to defend themselves better yet residents who can not even talk. Yes this happened more than twice and on many occasions. When asked why these men were not removed from the property their reply was that it had never happened before and we will keep an eye on this. ...
Hearthstone...... It is the worst place to put a loved one. Their staff is great but the General Manager, AGM and every one else in charge are worthless people. They dont know how to communicate and all they are worried about is taking your money. The food is not any good because the head chef in the kitchen doesnt know how to prepare nothing but chicken, The rooms are so small you cant even fit 2 reclieners in to the sitting area. When it comes to paying for the rooms they charge way to much for a hole in the wall. Hearthstone is one of the worst ALFs i have ever seen. I dont recomend...
