Horrible Experience - would never rent at this location due to the people running. Please spare yourself the time and find a better place as they block the comments on their website as they do not want people to learn about others poor experiences.
This place was too good to be true when my husband and I moved in. When new management took over, it became a nightmare. We have had issues with management being FAKE, MONEY HUNGRY and IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH. Maintenance will come in your apartment without warning. Communication is TERRIBLE. Our last 3 months have been complete HELL. Needless to say, we will not be renewing our lease.
I have lived in many places around the USA and I find these apartments to be at the top in all aspects of apartment living. The office staff is second to none I have experienced in the past and the complex feels safe and comfortable. I have lived at Hearthstone since August of 2008. This is a very nice apartment with some great extras like a fireplace, island in the kitchen and stainless appliances. The management have been great to work with and when I had a problem, it was taken care of immediately. The grounds are very nice, and it is nice to have a fenced in dog run. People take you for every single dollar you have. Make sure to read that contract close. Thu charged us a $200 fee for moving out under a year. We were never told that either. Pretty slick and shady business practice if you ask me.
