No grubby servicemen. If your heat or air conditioning is out, they will actually schedule you ahead of someone who is not having an emergency. I loved using them and I'll recommend them to everyone I know!

Hearthside Heating & Cooling is excellent. They replaced my furnace this past spring and left no mess behind them. Their service technicians were knowledgable and explained what to expect up front.
They made me feel like their most important customer. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality and service at a reasonable price.

I called and a real person answered. No voicemail. No automated touch-tone system.

I spoke with the woman in their office and she was polite as well as helpful. She listened.

I scheduled a technician. He was there as scheduled.

The facts were explained to me clearly, and I opted to buy a new furnace. They came back when planned, installed it and cleaned up before leaving.

I would recommend them to anyone. I recommended them to my mother. That says a lot!

Way to go Hearthside! You made me feel like a very important customer.
