It's all about the Afro-Funk with Tanita. She takes the time to really show you the moves and even though I'm not new to choreography this was a bit challenging. Pushing your body is the way to do it though. You feel invigorated afterward with a few new moves under your belt. Tanita is great vibes and really makes you feel loved. Building a lean body like hers never felt so fun!

I went there because I got a Class Pass. It was impossible to find parking anywhere close. I looked for over 15 mins.
