I've been losing my ability to hear for years. I went to several different places, bought a set if hearing aids and they were about as useful as 1 Everly Brother (that really dates me doesn't it?). I quickly discovered that selling hearing airs is only half the battle, you also need to know how to make them work. The people I bought them from, didn't. Janice & Jacob have helped me find a solution to my problems with hearing difficulty. Sometimes I have difficulty with communication in group settings. With the time and investments made to better my life in the hearing world, I have become more productive, efficient and happier.
