I arranged for my brother in law to use my father's hearing aids and asked Hearing Haven if they would program. They treated my brother in law with courtesy and respect and took care of him as if he were family...even though they didn't make any money on the sale.

I am so terribly sad to have to finally make this review, but I dont know what else to do. I went into Hearing Haven to have a hearing aid fitted for myself on October 30, 2014. I do have Medicaid and was told that it could take "a week, two weeks, maybe a month or two" to get it approved and made for me. Today is August 10, 2015 (close to a year later)... I have called probably 20 times since...
I have contacted them 9 times about a hearing aid I sent in for repair. I tried both email and voice message to answering machine.They have yet to respond.I wonder if they are closing shop and I'm never going to see my hearing aid again.
The price was great, they had my hearing aid back to me within 2 week time period. I had no problem with emailing them questions, and having my answer within 24 hour period.
