My mom needed a wheelchair on a Friday near the end of the business day. I called Healthcare DME, they expedited my order reassuring me all would be taken care by that evening, then delived the wheelchair by 8:00 pm that evening. The service technician was friendly, yet professional and was amply able to answer all my questions and point out a few I hadn't thought of. Great experience and they have earned a new customer!!
