After waiting 10 days for my appointment, the office called 30 mins before my appointment and said they needed to reschedule. Then they put me on hold and after waiting for 10 minutes, I was disconnected. I never received a return call and when I called them back later in the day, they said the next available appointment was 2 weeks later.
