I had some lower back pain (disk bulge) and did some Pilates mat classes here. The instructors here are great, especially Tamara. She really makes sure that your form is correct so you will reap the benefits and will modify any moves if you are injured. I noticed a stronger back, core and better posture in only a few sessions. Highly recommend!

Michele Gust saved the day for me. After 2 weeks of being dizzy, esp. when getting out of bed in the morning or bending over, Michele detected it was BPPV, a form of vertigo, and took care of the problem with one session! One! I am grateful for her time and expertise and so relieved not to be dizzy anymore!!
