Our sincere apologies for having offended anyone. We certainly don't mean to do that. If the review above is who I think it is, I believe we've addressed the matter and he has reconsidered his blog. Very ornery staff..... might have been a bad day, but I got it !! I am a repeat client there too......this would have been my fourth year renting with them..... !!
